Reasons for Decision - Final Section 50(4) of the Administrative Tribunal Act requires that the HAB make its decisions accessible to the public. Below are links to final decisions of the HAB since it was created in 1973 as the former Medical Appeal Board to the current decisions of the Hospital Appeal Board. The names of the
parties involved in the appeal are generally included, however, personal identifiers
of other third parties, witnesses and patients have been removed to protect the privacy of
